My opinion is that Web 3.0 will be an explosion of services that is focused on real productivity as opposed to wasting productivity. There will be a brownout period for YASNs while apps powered by user harvested information networks that have real usefullness will gain traction. Maybe our current ecomomic upheaval will be just the thing to bring on such change.
